Clean, friendly service, safe place to park. They are working hard on remodeling and updating, our room was newly painted and appointed nicely. It is a work in progress, hot water was not hot. Overall not a bad place to stay.
Decent place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Decent location. A bit pricey for a single night. And the front desk is very pushy about checking out. They’ll ask you at 9am, 10am, and 10:30am to check out even though check out is at 11am. Kind of annoying. Otherwise, not a bad place.
Good price and very quiet, only problem is donuts, bagels and coffee doesn't start until 7am, I had to leave by 6am, lots of places I stood in the past will start at 5am
They are such a hard working family, the try to accommodate you as well as they can they all work 3 different jobs it may not be the fanciest place but the owner trys to keep up with everything herself I been staying here for about a month and the room was very clean no bugs what so ever great cable for the price and the helped with so much. They also spoiled my kids they really do their thing and I am happy i got to stay here to see that there are some good people still left in this world!!
Booked this motel last minute the other day while traveling. The room was clean and freshly updated with new furniture, flooring, and paint. The bathroom was also very clean with updated fixtures and excellent water pressure. We had read the reviews and were nervous at first. The staff was very kind and tentative to our concerns. The breakfast was only coffee and donuts but they were fresh from a local bakery. The building is older and the parking lot has some pot holes but all in all is very comfortable. Note: We asked the owner about the bad reviews. He said that the reviews are from when the motel was run by the previous owners and he was working very hard to update the motel.
Conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and everything else you'll need. Family owned-and-operated - Ike is an awesome dude! Accommodating, helpful and friendly. It's a very quiet place to unwind and would highly recommend.
Very pleased with our stay. Looks were deceiving at first, but room was very clean, very nice and helpful. Spoke with new owners and they have exciting and new plans for a facelift. 15 minutes from turning stone casino, in walking distance of many restaurants in Rome. We will be back for sure, and look forward to seeing the renovations.
At first I was kinda nervous with all the bad reviews but we can't judge a book from it's cover. My wife and I picked this motel for it being cheaper also the convenience of it being so close to everything. The staff are so amazing, and friendly. They definitely treat you as if you are family. It's a very safe place I went with my wife and children we will definitely be going back. I felt very safe as there is camera's that cover all the views. Our room was very clean, freshly remodeled, the house keeper definitely goes above and beyond the room smelled amazing. We ordered food and it went to the office and the house keeper hand delivered it for us, I want to give her a 5 star ⭐ if I could. All in all we will definitely be going there again. The owner even gave the kids candy which I thought was so kind of her. They are really doing amazing their can't wait to see yas again in June.
